Pampas Grass Desert Wedding at El Chorro | Meg + Max

After postponing their wedding, because it’s so 2020, Meg and Max said I Do on the most beautiful September day at the iconic El Chorro in Paradise Valley, AZ. I love how they handled the change with grace and little humor, sending out a second announcement and promise to boogie all night long! The wait was definitely worth it – their desert wedding at El Chorro was a dream!!

Their first look among the gorgeous grounds surrounded by the desert’s finest flora and fauna, Meg and Max simply melt into each other. It’s obvious how at home they are with one another and El Chorro’s elevated southwestern architecture provided the picture perfect backdrop.

Meg was a showstopper in a fitted strapless gown complimented by a soft, dreamy bouquet by Mint Green Designs. With florals as warm as the Arizona sunset colored in autumn hues of taupe, dusty rose, caramel, and sienna red – it’s what dreams are made of!! But, seriously their ceremony was straight out of a dream! The pampas lined aisle led to a platform surrounded by a breathtaking crescent of soft pampas and magnolia leaves, crowned with desert mountains in the background. It was the perfect spot to promise forever!

The joyful reception immediately followed with glowing tabletops, airy florals, and a little southwestern flair. The space was bursting with love, laughter and bottles of champagne! But the warm glow of candlelight hardly compared to the warmth of love surrounding Meg and Max by all their family and friends! Love certainly took center stage and lit up the entire evening. It was an honor to be a part of it!
